Mr. Trinh Dinh Nang - a true "barefoot" scientist in Bac Kan is a familiar name among Vietnamese scientists, because for decades of self-study and research, he has been born. A series of modern and exclusive machines.

According to information published in the Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. Trinh Dinh Nang was born in 1957 in Ninh Giang, Hai Duong, his father is a doctor trained from the French colonial period. After that, his parents were assigned to work at Bac Kan Hospital. Working in Bac Kan for a short time, his father accepted the task of returning to Hai Phong, his mother and his two children stayed in Bac Kan. After grade 6, Nang had to stop studying because his family was too difficult.

This time, he started his own housework, something that seemed too much for a 13-year-old boy. But with his innate creativity, he knew how to get people to cut wood, use the transport lever to return to his home location, and calculate the erection of the column to build the house correctly. After finishing his house, Nang returned to school for another year, then left completely, went to work as iron and steel workers in Thai Nguyen. At the beginning, Nang attended additional vocational training for 18 months. It was this short 18 months that began to instill in the young boy Nang's passion for machine creation later.

During this time, he researched and manufactured machines such as border presses to repair motorbikes and succeeded.

In 2000, he opened a research room, self-repaired modern furniture and equipment hired 3 more supporters. For 1 year he wandered around in the lab, working diligently as a research engineer. He recounted that this time, he studied deeply the separation of metal ores for gold and silver according to a new technology. How much of the accumulation money he brought out to buy research equipment. Many times his wife and family thought he was being discouraged by him and he continued to pursue his hobbies.

More than a year of putting gold into the furnace to try, he ran out of money, his "research center" was forced to dissolve. The unfinished research project has also been shelved. Back then he was like a lost soul and thought he would fail. Although his research was unsuccessful, it gave him a great deal of knowledge in generating heat during the manufacturing process. This is the foundation for later he launched a series of valuable inventions.

Among the creative assets of this 60-year-old inventor, first of all is the hazardous medical waste incinerator - patented by the National Office of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Science and Technology (S&T). in 2012. The incinerator has the ability to save 80% of fuel compared to imported products of this type is one of his "spiritual children".

Products applying new technology are continuous burning, flame spraying (instead of oil spraying) on ​​the combustion object. In the incineration process, the device uses self-contained nanotechnology to thoroughly decompose smoke, dust and odors. The temperature in the center of the furnace can be up to 1.8000C so the speed of waste treatment is very high.

Although only a mechanical engineer, but when talking about his incinerator's works, Mr. Nang said that the knowledge and reason make the opponent really admire.

Mr. Trinh Dinh Nang affirmed: The system of medical waste incinerators is a complete system that can be transported only by connecting electricity and water, building a small tank and being able to treat the water environment. All incinerators in Vietnam do not have a pressure balancing furnace like this system. The new technology of the furnace is continuous combustion, spewing fire into the material rather than the other furnaces. At the center of the furnace, the temperature can reach 1,800 degrees Celsius. The firing time is also very fast. The longevity of the burner is durable and there are no technical problems or clogged oil lines.

As a scientist, Mr. Nang was always concerned with his people, when he harvested tons of turmeric but the output was very poor. Therefore, Mr. Nang and his partner Pham Van Hanh embarked on researching technology to extract nano curcumin, also known as Nanotechnology.

According to Trinh Dinh Nang, for nearly 4 months, he and his assistant Pham Van Hanh have worked hard day and night to complete the curcumin extraction technology and design the entire high-tech synchronous production line with "head". on "is turmeric gold," output "is pure nano curcumin. This is the purest synthetic curcumin because the content reaches the highest level of 95-98% and has the ability to completely dissolve in water. And to keep the patent, Mr. Nang still doesn't want to publish all this technology.

As revealed by Mr. Nang, in the future he continues to embark on research to produce carbon C84 superconductors still from the main source of rice husk. Besides, he also said that he might try to replace coconut husks and corn cobs, which are very popular in Vietnam.
